DISCOVERY RIDGE REAL ESTATE

Discovery Ridge is a residential community in southwest Calgary located along the banks of the Elbow River in what was once called “Jackson’s Valley”. Originally called “New Discovery” and intended to be a gated community development began in 1990, soon after the development began the gated community idea was quickly dropped and the name was changed to the now Discovery Ridge.

The boundaries of the community are Glenmore Trail to the north, 69 Street to the east, the River and Tsuu Tina Reserve to the south and the city limits and Rocky View County to the west.
