MIDNAPORE REAL ESTATE

Midnapore is located in the southwest quadrant of Calgary and was once a hamlet to the south of Calgary, it was annexed by the city in 1961. It is adjacent to Fish Creek Park and offers easy access to the city’s extensive pathway system. There are two churches within the community that the province has deemed historical sites. Midnapore is also a lake community, containing a beautifully 33 acre landscaped recreational lake complete with beaches and tobogganing hills. Midnapore was established as a community in 1977 and the community association of Midsun represents the residents of Midnapore and Sundance.

The boundaries of the community are Fish Creek Provincial Park to the north and west, Macleod Trail to the east, and Sun Valley Boulevard and the community of Sundance to the south.
