MILLRISE REAL ESTATE

The Millrise community is located in southwest Calgary near Fish Creek Provincial Park, the Shawnessy LRT station and easy access to Macleod Trail make Millrise a conveniently located community with direct access to downtown. The land was annexed by the City of Calgary in 1961 and the community was established in 1982 around that time development of the community began.

The boundaries of the community are James McKevitt Road to the north, Macleod Trail to the east, Shawnessy Boulevard to the south and James Mckevitt Road to the west.
