PINERIDGE REAL ESTATE

Pineridge is a community in northeast Calgary, established in 1974 it was developed along with the other three "Properties" communities of Whitehorn, Temple and Rundle during the building boom of the mid-1970s. Prior to that time the area was a treeless prairie landscape.

Boundaries of the community are 32 Avenue to the north, 68 Street to the east, 16 Avenue to the south and 52 Street to the west.
