Roxboro is an inner city community in Calgary’s southwest located just 2.5 kilometers from the downtown core, its close proximity to the downtown makes it a sought after community. Roxboro was established in 1923 and buildings from that era still stand today, Roxboro was designated a community in 1967.
The boundaries of the community are the Elbow River to the north, Escarpment to the east, 33 Avenue and Mission Road to the south and 4 Street to the west.
