SHAGANAPPI REAL ESTATE

Shaganappi is a community in Calgary’s southwest. The area was annexed in 1910 however development did not commence until 1949.

The boundaries of the community are the Bow River escarpment to the north, Crowchild Trail to the east, 17 Avenue to the south and the west boundary of the Shaganappi Point Golf Course, 8 Avenue and 33 Street to the west.
