SHAWNESSY REAL ESTATE

Development began in 1981 and the community was named after British settler Samuel Shaw.

The boundaries of the community are Shawnessy Boulevard to the north, Macleod Trail to the east, Marquis of Lorne Trail and 162 Avenue to the south and James Mckevitt Road and CPR Rail Tracks to the west.
