SOUTH CALGARY REAL ESTATE

South Calgary is a residential neighborhood in the inner-city portion of southwest Calgary, it is one of Calgary’s most sought after communities for its proximity to the downtown. The Marda Loop community association serves the communities of South Calgary, Altadore/River Park and Garrison Woods. South Calgary was established in in 1914 on land annexed in 1907 but remained largely undeveloped until 1950.

The boundaries of the community are 33 Avenue and 26 Avenue to the north, 14 Street to the east, 34 Avenue to the south and 20 Street and Crowchild to the west.
