SUNNYSIDE REAL ESTATE

The neighborhood of Sunnyside is located in Calgary’s inner city, across from the Bow River with the downtown core just beyond and is one of Calgary’s oldest communities. Originally settled in the 1880’s the land was purchased by the City of Calgary and incorporated into the city proper in 1904. There are recreational areas nearby, at both McHugh Bluff Park and Riley Park and one of the most sought after commercial and social districts, Kensington.

Boundaries of the community are the McHugh Bluff Park to the north, Centre Street the east Bow River to the south and 10 Street to the west.
