THORNCLIFFE REAL ESTATE

The community of Thorncliffe is located in north Calgary and was part of Thorncliffe/Greenview until 1991. At that time, two areas separated from Thorncliffe/Greenview to be established as separate communities. The western portion of the community is now Thorncliffe located at the base of Nose Hill Park, development of the community began in 1954.

The boundaries of Thorncliffe are quite irregular but generally it is located south of Mcknight Boulevard to 4 Street, the bottom of gully between Laylock Drive and 44 Avenue, Gully between Centre A Street and Logan Lane, 41 Avenue, Edmonton Trail and 40 Avenue. 64 Avenue to the north, Deerfoot Trail to the east and 14 Street, East Alley of Norfolk Way and Trafford Drive to the west.
