VALLEY RIDGE REAL ESTATE

Valley Ridge is located in the northwest quadrant of Calgary along the western boundary between the Trans-Canada Highway and the Bow River allowing for easy access to both downtown Calgary and the Rocky mountains. The community is home to an 18 hole golf course along the river valley that weaves through portions of the community which is the former site of the Happy Valley Campground, which was a major destination for visitors to Calgary until it was closed in the 1980s.

Boundaries of the community consist of the Bow River to the north, Stoney Trail to the east, 16 Avenue to the south and the City Limits to the west.
