SOMERSET REAL ESTATE

The community of Somerset is located in the southwest quadrant of Calgary. Development in the area commenced in the 1990s and the community was established in 1995. The boundaries of the community are 162 Avenue to the north, CPR Railway tracks to the east, Marquis of Lorne Trail to the south and James Mckevitt Road to the west.
