EAU CLAIRE REAL ESTATE

The community of Eau Claire is an inner city community located immediately north of Downtown and south of the Bow River. The community is a mix of residential towers, shopping, restaurants, hotels, public parks and plazas. The community derived its name from a saw mill that was relocated from the Eau Claire, Wisconsin in 1886 onto the site, the smoke stack from the original saw mill can still be found in the community today.

The boundaries of Eau Claire are the Bow River to the north, 2 Street to the east, 3 Avenue to the south and the 10th Street Bridge to the west.
